Ranger Repaves Gardens Mall After 23 Years
(3rd Quarter 2011)
It says something about the
quality of your asphalt paving work when a satisfied customer
rehires you — more than 20 years later — when repaving is
finally needed.
In 1988, Ranger Construction
prepared the site and paved the perimeter roadway and more than
6,300 parking spaces for The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens,
FL. The pavement lasted 23 years before the property owner, The
Forbes Company, called upon Ranger to perform a quick and
efficient overlay and some drainage upgrades.

To accommodate mall traffic, the paving crew alternated
sections, rather than moving to adjacent sections,
minimizing disruption to any one area of the mall.

well. Pedro Torres operates a backhoe while Jesus Torres guides
