Ranger South Wraps Up High-Profile Work For FDOT
(3rd Quarter 2006)

Ranger Construction — South milled and repaved three miles of interstate highway plus entrance/ exit ramps for the I-95 interchange at I-595 in Broward County, FL.

Ranger Construction — South has completed a $5 million project to mill and repave three miles of interstate along with 10 ramps on the I-95 and I-595 interchange in Broward County. Despite exceptionally high traffic and last year’s hurricanes, the team finished on time without any safety incidents.

Before year’s end, Ranger South will complete an additional $18.6 million in work for FDOT. The work includes repaving on I-95 from Sample Rd. to Hillsboro Blvd., resurfacing a portion of US-441/SR-7 in Broward County, and repaving work on SR-826 (Palmetto Expressway) in Miami.

Ranger South also has an array of private sector projects underway or nearing completion, including a road reconstruction project for Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, site work for the Coral Springs Whispering Woods commercial development for H & M Corporation, and site work for a Coral Springs residential development for WCI Communities.

On the schedule for 2007, Ranger South will begin a $1.8 million urban reconstruction on Sheridan St. in Hallandale. This FDOT project will include paving, grading, sidewalks and curbs for the six-lane city street.
