Although road construction contracts are bound by specifications and schedules, a contractor can still propose adjustments that will improve the experience for the local community.

It is, after all, the residents and businesses near a road improvement zone who are most affected by it. And while the benefits of construction will be obvious upon completion, the process itself can also leave a lasting impression.
